Who provides it

CA Accident Report (caaccidentreport.com) is a free service of C&B Law Group LLP, a private personal injury law firm, not a government agency. The firm is led by managing attorney Hagop “Jack” Bazerkanian, California State Bar #299031.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Calls outside those hours are answered by our answering service and returned the next business morning.

What the service is

We help you request your California car accident report from the police agency that wrote it. Under Vehicle Code section 20012, the agency releases a report only to the people involved, anyone injured, and their insurers and attorneys, so the request comes from you. We tell you where it goes and what to include.

This site is not affiliated with any police department, the California Highway Patrol or the DMV. Reports are issued by those agencies and are not available the same day.

If you were hurt

A licensed California attorney reviews what happened and tells you where you stand, free. No fee and no costs unless we win your case.

Personal injury cases are handled on a contingency basis. You pay no attorney fees and no case costs unless we recover money for you. If there is no recovery, you owe us nothing.

How we contact you

Not yet a client

Sending the form does not make you our client. An attorney-client relationship exists only when you and the firm sign a written agreement. Until then, please do not send confidential information.
