What the service is

With your OK, we request your California car accident report for you from the police agency that wrote it. Under Vehicle Code section 20012, the agency releases a report to the people involved, anyone injured, their insurers and attorneys, and their authorized representatives, so we ask for your written OK first. The agency decides when it releases the report.

This site is not affiliated with any police department, the California Highway Patrol or the DMV. Reports are issued by those agencies and are not available the same day.
