This site is not affiliated with any police department, the California Highway Patrol or the DMV. Collision reports are issued by those agencies.

What we do

With your written OK, we request your collision report from the agency for you, as your authorized representative. You may also request it yourself. Either way, the agency decides whether and when to release the report.

Not legal advice, and not yet a client

Nothing on this site is legal advice. Reading it, calling us or sending the form does not make you our client. An attorney-client relationship exists only after you and the firm sign a written agreement. Until then, please do not send us confidential information.

Results and reviews

Every case is different. Past results, ratings and client reviews do not guarantee, warrant or predict the outcome of your case.

Fees

Help with your report request is free. Injury cases are handled on contingency: you pay no attorney fees and no case costs unless we recover money for you. The fee percentage and every other term are in the written agreement you sign before we start.

Phone calls

We answer calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calls to our numbers are recorded; you will hear a notice at the start of the call.

Text messages
